Lina Gomes is an Associate Attorney at Goss Associates, PC specializing in business, academic, and family immigration matters.
She has worked with clients in diverse areas including biotechnology, consulting, higher education, medicine, engineering, and the non-profit sector. She has experience in a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa including H-1B, Trade NAFTA, Intracompany Transferees, Labor Certification, National Interest Waiver, Extraordinary Ability, and Outstanding Researcher petitions.
Ms. Gomes received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College. Upon becoming a member of the Massachusetts Bar, she served as an associate attorney for immigration law firms in Boston, Massachusetts specializing in both employment-based immigration as well as deportation defense. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish.
